Us is a romantic Thai drama that was released in 2025. It has a total of 12 episodes and is the first series that has the now popular *CP, EmiBonnie, as main leads.
The story is about the young women Dokrak and Pam, one navigating a gap year and the other studying dentistry. The two met by chance and quickly grow close. Dokrak’s brother, however, ends up falling for Pam and Dokrak promises to be the matchmaker despite her own feelings for Pam. Little do they know that Pam has other intentions of her own.
First of all, please don’t worry about the brother. Trust us on this one, although he has quite a lot of screentime throughout the series, there are little to no between him and Pam. The story has a very gentle and supportive relationship between Dokrak and Pam, making it a comfort series for many. That does not mean however that there is no drama, but most of it involves the supporting characters and barely the leads themselves. There are quite a lot of supporting characters, most of them having solid backstories. Surprisingly this does not lead to a rushed ending and the leads still get plenty of screentime. If you enjoy stories that have both romance and complex family drama, then this is a story for you!
The music used in this series is truly one of the best. There are songs of Emi and Bonnie themselves, but the background music (Like a Bird by Letra for example) also really helps in making this series feel comforting. The visuals are of good quality and the often-blurred backgrounds help to keep the gentle atmosphere.
