She Makes My Heart Flutter is a South Korean short series with a total of 65 minutes. The episodes can be seen separately, but a full compilation video is also available. The series started airing on October 20th 2022 through November 6th 2022.
The series is about an extroverted niece and introverted aunt who work together at a cozy women only bar. Despite both of them having the same sexual orientation, they still have very different experiences.
This story is really one that many lesbians can relate to. Told in a comedic way at a cozy women only bar, it really warms the heart. The characters talk about things like different personalities and relationship types, discrimination, family, social media and dating, and more. Meanwhile it also shows new relationships that form and the dynamics of lesbian friend groups. It is also full of relatable inside jokes!
The music and visuals used here are lighthearted and warm. Often there is only one person in frame, with a focus on facial expressions.
