Walk With Me is an American feature film directed by Isabel del Rosal. Despite its low budget, the film is still 112 minutes long. It was released in 2021.
The story is about a thirty-year-old mother who ends up falling for another woman, not long after she left her husband. Now needing to navigate her new life while deepening the bond with the free spirited musician, will she be able to muster enough courage to face the challenges her new life brings?
The visuals are really well done, especially for a low budget film. The drama is well balanced out between moments of anxiety and loss from the lead who is not used to straying from the ”norm”, and the other moments were she gets support and encouragement of the people surrounding her. Love is truly shown in several forms throughout the movie. The more slow and quiet scenes really give this extra strength.
